in-house cutting, bending, stamping, polishing, state-of-the-art chrome
plating and electrostatic powder coating. But long before the
manufacturing begins, Westin engineers go to great lengths to utilize
existing holes in the vehicle's frame for maximum strength and an easy
no-drill installation. After manufacturing and double inspection, the bars
are packed in custom-fit cartons which eliminate freight damage ensuring
that the bars arrive in perfect shape. The 3" steel tubing features a
recessed, rather than cut out, step area with a molded slip-resistant step
pad that won't fade, crack or lift over time. Black powder coat and
brilliant chrome finishes are backed by Westin's 5-year warranty against
rust.
